Waynesville Career Center’s practical nursing students achieved a 100 percent passing rate

For the third year in a row, Waynesville Career Center’s practical nursing students achieved a 100 percent passing rate on the N-C-L-E-X on their first attempt.  Dr. Traci Pattison, director of the WCC, said, “We are very proud of our program. This is a tough exam to achieve 100 percent passing requires so much dedication on the parts of our instructors and their students. Our nursing graduates become an asset not only to our local community but also to the nation, as many of them are military spouses who will serve on the frontlines in health care fields helping patients.”
The Waynesville Career Center offers a variety of career and technical programs, including practical nursing programs for adults.
