A top Missouri House Republican praises this week’s vote to extend a major funding mechanism for Missouri’s Medicaid program, saying it will benefit pharmacies and nursing homes across rural Missouri. Mountain Grove GOP State Representative Hannah Kelly, the Assistant Majority Floor Leader, says FRA provides more than four billion dollars for the most vulnerable:

 

 

Kelly’s district in southern Missouri has a large elderly population, and she says they depend on rural pharmacies. The FRA is funded by the providers that care for Missouri’s most vulnerable.
