Temperatures in the Low to Mid 90s
Heat Advisory is now in effect for areas along and north of a line from Anderson, to Springfield, to Lebanon, to Vichy for Wednesday and Thursday. Heat Advisory posted today for SE Kansas and portions of western Missouri. Heat Exhaustion and Heat Strokes can occur when Body Temperatures become Excessively Hot.

Limit your outdoor activity

Drink plenty of water

Avoid alcohol

Wear light clothing

Wear sunscreen

Work outdoors early or very late in the day

Make sure outdoor pets are in shade and have plenty of water
