It’s been just a little more than a month since the deadly tornadic storms roared across the central and southern U.S. including Missouri.
The National Weather Service says there were 66 confirmed tornadoes on December 10th and 11th.

Congressman Jason Smith represents the people living in the area and saw the damage in person.
He reported to Missourinet how the financial aid from the Federal Emergency Management Agency will be used.

In all, the quad-state supercell thunderstorm lasted nearly eight hours on a 350-mile path.
