The Springfield Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 1500 S. Golden, Lot 87 in Springfield at 9:29 AM last Thursday, January 20th.

The missing person is Emma Miller, a black female, who is 11 months old, height 23 inches, 24 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, with a large contusion above her left eye, wearing unknown clothing.

She was possibly taken in a black passenger car or small black SUV. Possible suspects or associates are believed to be Joseph Miller, a black male, age 28, height 5’7”, 163 pounds, with brown eyes, wearing unknown clothing, and Montana Peebles, a white female, age 20, height 5’11, 120 pounds, pink/red-dyed hair, with blue eyes, wearing unknown clothing.

The victim and suspects were last seen at the residence on January 20th. A court order has been issued for the child to be released to the custody of the Division of Youth Services due to abuse or neglect. The suspects are known to be armed and will possibly be in the company of an unknown white male who is known to drive a black passenger car or small black SUV. The suspects will also possibly be leaving the area on February 1st to travel to Connecticut.
