The American Red Cross and Peyton Manning are asking people to give blood and platelets

This January, the American Red Cross and Pro Football Hall of Famer and blood donor Peyton Manning are asking people to score big for patients in need – while getting a chance to win a trip to Super Bowl LVII in Arizona – by giving blood and platelets. To book a time to give, visit RedCrossBlood.org, download the Red Cross Blood Donor App, or call 1-800-RED CROSS. In partnership with the National Football League (NFL), those who come to give blood, platelets, or plasma this month will be automatically entered to win a trip for two to Super Bowl 57 in Arizona, including access to day-of, in-stadium pre-game activities, tickets to the official Super Bowl Experience, round-trip airfare to Phoenix, three-night hotel accommodations February 10th through the 13th, plus a $500 gift card for expenses. Red Cross Bloodmobile visits are scheduled all throughout the month in the area. The bloodmobile was in Camdenton on Monday and will be in Lake Ozark this afternoon from one to five o’clock at Mount Carmel Baptist Church at 755 Bagnell Dam Boulevard. It will visit Osage Beach Thursday from noon to 5 at Tri-County YMCA of the Ozarks at 950 Airport Road. The Red Cross Bloodmobile will pay a visit Tuesday, January 24th, from one to five o’clock in the afternoon at St. Robert Catholic Church at 367 Old Route 66 in St. Robert. It will be in Lebanon the next week, January 30th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Mills Center at 650 Mill Drive, and will be at the Waypoint Methodist Church at 301 T Highway in Waynesville on January 31st from noon to four p.m.
