The Lebanon Laclede County Route 66 Society is a local organization helps with the information and preservation of the historic Route 66. Gary Sosnuki with the organization says since 2001 they have been preserving the history of the mother road:

Sonsnuki says, at their annual membership meeting this Saturday they will unveil an informational sign at the former Underpass Cafe. He says, they will have a special speaker at the presentation, Movin Mark Norman will talk about his experience of Route 66:

Once again the Lebanon Laclede County Route66 Society’s annual membership meeting, which is open to the public will be at 10:am Tomorrow, at the Lebanon Laclede County Library and Movin Mark Norman will be the guest speaker.
