Road Rage leads to arrest in Camden County
An incident involving alleged road rage has led to the arrest of a Camdenton man. According to the Camden County Sheriff’s Office, Deputies responded to the Climax Springs area on February 23rd, for a report of road rage involving an accident. The victims and witnesses reported that a man had been following them for several miles and attempted to run them off the road several times. Eventually the victim’s vehicle ran off the road and hit a tree. Authorities later arrested 36 year old Nathan G Hammond of Camdenton. Hammond was charged with 2 counts of felony first degree assault and leaving the scene of an accident. He is currently free on bond. was charged with two Felony counts of 1st Degree Assault and one felony count of leaving the scene of an accident with a surety bond of $100,000. He later bonded on the charges and is scheduled for an appearance in court on March 30th.
