Richland Man Airlifted To Hospital Following Accident

A Richland man suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle accident at 11:20 Monday morning on Glacier Point Road, 1 mile east of Highway F in Laclede County. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that 28-year old James M. Anthony traveled off the left side of the road, struck an embankment, and a tree, then rolled the car twice, coming to rest on its side. Anthony was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield. He was not wearing a safety device.
