Methamphetamine possession leads to arrest in Texas Co

Texas County Deputies responded to a disturbance at a residence on P Highway in the Licking area on Sunday. According to the Sheriff’s Office, one of the subjects involved admitted to having illegal drugs inside the residence. Deputies recovered a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine. It was also reported that the male subject assaulted the female. Joshua Studdard and Vicki Studdard were arrested and transported to the Texas County Jail.
56-year-old Vicki A. Studdard of Licking is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with a bond of $10-thousand. 34-year-old Joshua Studdard of Licking is charged with Domestic Assault 3 rd Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Joshua Studdard was held in the Texas County Jail pending $100,000 bond.
