La Nina Winter?

By now, most people have heard that this will be a La Nina winter. But what does that mean in terms of actual expected weather?
We talked to Mark Burchfield of the National Weather Service Office in Springfield.

He says there is a good chance that the first part of winter will be drier than the January through March timeframe.
