Crocker man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on charges of statutory rape and statutory sodomy

A Crocker man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on charges of statutory rape and statutory sodomy. 44-year-old Benjamin Edward Matrow is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse and devious sexual intercourse with a child who was then less than 14 years old between August 1st, 2017, and June 1st, 2019. Also, 36-year-old Krystal Marie Matrow of Crocker, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child by failing to protect the minor child from sexual conduct by Benjamin Matrow. Judge Colin Long set Benjamin and Krystal Matrow’s bond review hearing and status of counsel hearing for May 10th.
