43-year-old Phillipsburg man was taken into custody Sunday by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol

A 43-year-old Phillipsburg man was taken into custody Sunday by members of the Missouri Highway Patrol. James G. English faces charges from a felony warrant, and for possession of a controlled substance, D.W. I. drug intoxication, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
English was taken to the Laclede County Jail, no bond has been set.
