Western Missouri Town Looks To Become State “Apple Capital”

A western Missouri town is known for its acres and acres of juicy apple trees. To the point that Marshall Representative Kurtis Gregory is proposing a bill that would name Waverly as the “Apple Capital of Missouri.” He explains why he thinks Waverly deserves this designation.
