Two Pulaski County Homeless People Face Burglary Charges

Two homeless people from Pulaski County have been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of burglary in the second degree.
According to court documents, Ada Peacock and Jared Scott Lewis acting in concert with each other on Tuesday knowingly entered unlawfully in a building, located at 839 Route Z, and owned by A-1 Autocare, for the purpose of committing stealing.
Both Peacock and Lewis entered not guilty pleas. Judge Colin Long ordered both to personally appear for a counsel status hearing on January 22nd and a preliminary hearing on February 5th.
