The state and federal governments are studying the movement of black vultures in Missouri

The state and federal governments are studying the movement of black vultures in Missouri, and they’re both asking the public to help out. Black vultures differ from turkey vultures in that they have a black head, whereas turkey vultures have red heads. Anyone who spots a tagged black vulture can report them at report band (dot) gov
