The number of Covid cases labeled as “Community Spread” in Laclede county increasing significantly

According to the Missouri Health Department, two-fifths of all COVID deaths in the state were recorded during the last two months of 2020. 2,369 Missouri residents died from COVID in those two months. 263 additional deaths were reported on Tuesday, bringing the total number of dead to 5,825. 2,632 new cases were reported in Missouri on Tuesday, bring the state’s total to over 405-thousand.
