(St. Robert)–The St. Robert City Council will have the first of its September monthly meetings Tuesday night 9/1/20. Many of the ordinances council members will consider would benefit the St. Robert Transfer Station’s new residential solid waste collection services. Council members will consider the purchase of one hundred fifty 64-gallon “sterling” cart trash receptacles from Downing Sales and Service. Another ordinance would authorize the purchase of an 18-foot gooseneck recycling trailer for the transfer station. Still another ordinance would approve an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Waynesville for solid waste collection services within the city limits of Waynesville. The intergovernmental agreement already has been approved by the Waynesville City Council. St. Robert city council members will vote on an ordinance providing an annual insurance policy renewal agreement for worker’s compensation and employers’ liability insurance. The meeting time is 5 o’clock Tuesday evening at the St. Robert Municipal Center.
