By contrast, the neighboring county of Laclede’s transmission rate is considered moderate. According to the latest data for the week of October 25th through the 31st from the Centers for Disease Control, 65.1 percent of Pulaski County’s total population has received at least one dose of the Covid vaccine. 55.5 percent of the total population is considered fully vaccinated. The previous week, 95 new Covid cases were detected after the weekly count went down to 67 the week before.
