Phelps County Drug Arrests

A 40-year old Saint James woman faces charges today after her arrest early this morning in Phelps County. Jessika L. Moreland was found in possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of heroin, felony possession of fentanyl, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed on a 12-hour hold in the Phelps County Jail in Rolla.

A 25-year old Rolla woman was charged yesterday with felony delivery of heroin, possession of a controlled substance suboxone, DWI- Drug intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kristen L Hudson was taken to the Phelps County Jail and later released.
