Osage Beach Man Wrecks Faces Charges in Laclede County

A 49-year old Osage Beach man suffered moderate injuries at 7:29 Wednesday morning when his car skidded off the left side of I-44 at the 142-mile marker in Laclede County. Charles W. Fravel’s car then struck the median barrier cable and overturned. Fravel was transported to Mercy Hospital in Lebanon and is now facing charges of felony DWI -drugs, felony resisting arrest by fleeing, felony driving while revoked, felony leaving the scene of an accident, careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash, and several other charges.
