Osage Beach Alderman Give Approval For Development

The Osage Beach Board of Aldermen has given their official approval for the construction of a massive resort and entertainment district, with an estimated cost of $350 million.

During their meeting on June 1, the board unanimously approved the development plan for the Oasis at Lakeport. The project will be located at the intersection of Highway 54 and Jeffries, near the iconic Grand Glaize Bridge.

The construction is expected to commence immediately, thanks to the collaborative efforts of SkyView Partners, Tegethoff Development, and Fred Ross, who are spearheading this venture.

The comprehensive plans encompass a luxurious Marriott Hotel, a state-of-the-art 26,000-square-foot convention center, an indoor waterpark, thrilling rides, a variety of restaurants, 200 public boat slips, and a convenient parking garage.

Oasis at Lakeport is projected to open its doors to the public next summer.
