Miller County Sheriffs’ Department looking for suspect

Miller County Sheriff’s Officers executed a search warrant for stolen property at a residence off Hwy W near Lake Ozark. While conducting a search of the residence, deputies located an improvised explosive device. Deputies secured the scene and requested the assistance of the Missouri State Highway Patrol
Explosives Disposal Unit. Upon their arrival, the device was rendered safe and removed from the property. Officers on the scene concluded their
theft investigation pending charges for stealing and additional charges for possession of an explosive device. A suspect is wanted for questioning and was still at large last report.
