Miller County Health Department Administrator Mike Herbert says he may lift the county’s stay-home order. Last week, Camden County’s Health Department and County Commission both rescinded their stay-home orders, which means residents of that county are now only bound by the state order. Herbert said he expected the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services would be providing guidance to county health departments, that those health departments would be able to communicate as guidelines, not requirements or mandates, once restaurants and other businesses fully reopen.
