Mayor issues proclamations to honor former Sheriff Richard Wrinkle and Girls Wrestling Team

Arbor Day was first observed with the planting of a million trees in Nebraska. Mayor Carr also issued a proclamation honoring retired law enforcement officer Richard Wrinkle for his service to the community, naming May 10th Richard Wrinkle Day. Wrinkle has served Lebanon and Laclede County since 1971….

Mayor also shared a proclamation that he signed on May 6th honoring 17 Yellow Jacket female athletes who earned state champion rankings in Girls Wrestling. In other business, Council approved a resolution in support of the intent to expand the Lebanon Special Business District.
