A Houston man has been sentenced to life in prison without parole for the murder of Crue Ridenhour in October 2019. 24-year-old Michael Nugent was sentenced on Tuesday by Judge William Earl Hickle, after being found guilty of first-degree murder by a jury in October of last year. Nugent was arrested for shooting Crue Ridenoure and leaving him to die in a ditch on Highway W near Midvale Missouri on October 10th, 2019. Ridenoure was able to identify Nugent as the shooter before he died. In addition to being sentenced to life in prison, Nugent was sentenced to another 10 years for unlawful use of a weapon and 3 years for armed criminal action.
