The trial of a Lebanon man accused of killing his 27-year-old girlfriend has once again been continued. Kevin Ryan Kayden was arrested after the body of Laquita Williams was found in her North Street home, in December 2018, and has been in custody since. Kayden’s trial was supposed to start on Monday, however, the State asked for a continuance due to a prosecutor contracting COVID 19. According to Court notes, this will be the last time the trial is continued. Kayden will stand trial starting November 29th of this year, on charges of first-degree murder and armed criminal action.
