A man from Jefferson City, Gary Martin Travers Jr.,  has been arrested for arson that injured six Vienna Missouri Firefighters in August of last year. Maries County Sheriff Chris Heitman said prosecutor Tony Skouby charged Travers with six counts of second-degree assault – special victim and one count of second-degree arson resulting in a serious injury. Travers could receive a sentence of 5-15 years for each offense. The maximum sentence would be 95 years. Travers remains in the Maries County Jail on a no-bond warrant issued by Judge Kerry Rowden.
