Deer Hunter safety
(Jefferson City)–The woods will be full of hunters into late this month as the firearms portion of deer season has opened in Missouri. Joe Jerek with the Conservation Department says some will be using a new gun for the 1st time or using a new tree stand.
That means hunter orange and traveling through the woods with your gun unloaded.
