Camden County and LANEG arrest multiple suspects

The Camden County Sheriff’s Office and Task Force Officers with the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group were busy over the past few days with residence checks to locate individuals who had outstanding warrants for their arrest. On Wednesday Deputies arrested 39-year-old Shawn Evans in Camdenton for failure to appear in court. On Thursday, they went to a residence on North Highway 7 and arrested 27-year-old Cosme Chaparro on 4 outstanding warrants for failing to appear in court. When deputies searched the residence they seized methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia commonly used in the consumption of methamphetamine, and several firearms. In addition to Chaparro, they arrested 35-year-old Holly A Lyle, and 46-year-old Lucas J Hamilton, with formal charges pending. In separate locations in Benton County, 49-year-old Anthony Curtis was arrested for contempt of court, and 32-year-old Chad Brown was arrested for parole violation. They were all taken to the Camden County Jail.
