Attorney General Eric Schmitt on Biden Lawsuits

The Missouri Attorney General’s Office is currently suing the Biden Administration on the USDA’s new policy regarding discrimination on the basis of gender. The new policy states that “As a result, state and local agencies, program operators and sponsors that receive funds from FNS must investigate allegations of discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation.” Organizations that fall under this must also update their signage on the policy as well. Attorney General Scmittand 21 other states attorney generals say the new policy is unconstitutional and said quote “This is yet another attempt by the Biden Administration to warp Title IX to fit their agenda.”

Attorney General Eric Schmitt was in Lebanon earlier today and had this to say.

He also said this about the FBI seeking to audit concealed carry permits.
