A Rolla teen is scheduled for a docket hearing Monday in Phelps County on felony charges of several sex crimes with a minor, assault, and kidnapping

A Rolla teen is scheduled for a docket hearing today in Phelps County Associate Circuit Court on felony charges of several sex crimes with a minor, assault, and kidnapping.
According to court documents, 19-year-old Iyan T. Hubbard is charged with 1st-degree rape, 1st-degree sodomy, 2nd-degree domestic assault, and sexual exploitation of a minor after he moved into the home of a 16-year-old girl. Court documents further state that the mother of the victim discovered that Hubbard had recorded on his cell phone these acts with her daughter. The mother of the girl filed a protection order and Hubbard moved to St. Louis. He then came back to the house, picked up the girl, and drove her to St. Louis on January 31st. She remained there until February 24th. According to a probable cause statement, detectives with the Phelps County Sheriff’s Department searched the girl’s cell phone and found several photos and videos of Hubbard performing sexual acts on her or forcing her to do so to him.
Hubbard was arrested on March 27th and is being held at the Phelps County Jail in Rolla
