Some communities are seeing an increase in home buyers, and when the temperatures warm in the Spring, the number of properties for sale could grow. One piece of the process of buying a home, is an inspection to make sure it’s a sound investment. John Bertoni is a home inspector, and tells us some of the key things they look for….

Bertoni said they usually find one or more items that need to be addressed during a typical inspection. While some sellers may offer to hire an inspector, experts recommend that the prospective buyer hire an independent inspector.
