Zoning changes for businesses

Lebanon Code Administrator Joe Berkich shared some of the things that have been happening in Code Administration during the Thursday night City Council Work Session. Berkich shared that they now have their own court date for nuisance citations which will allow for smoother operations. He also shared some of the work that Zoning and Planning has been doing on the different permissive and conditional use classifications.

Berkich said they will hold meetings with developers and business owners in March and April in order to give them a chance to ask questions about the zoning changes. A full list of the different zoning classifications and what is allowed where will be posted on the City of Lebanon Website.
