Road Work in Webster County will require travelers to find alternate routes between January 2nd and January 7th. The Missouri Department of Transportation announced that Webster County Route HH and Webster/Wright County MM will be closed in areas near Niangua to allow crews to replace deteriorating drain pipes underneath the roads, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. Thursday through Tuesday. Roadways open at night and on weekends. Drivers will be able to get to driveways and entrances on either side of the work zones, but will not be able to travel through the work zones. No signed detours are planned, but drivers urged to find alternate routes. There will be electronic message boards located near the planned road work to alert drivers to any changes in the work schedule.
