February incident leads to assault charge
An argument over an air conditioning unit at a job site has led to charges being filed against a man from Kaiser. On February 8th Camden County Deputies responded to Baydy Peak Road near Osage Beach and met with a person who reported an assault. The suspect 36 year old Shane Booth had left before law enforcement arrived. The victim reported that they got into an argument with Booth and he began yelling profanities and was told to leave. The two got into a scuffle and Booth hit the victim in the jaw. The victim reported to the hospital for treatment and was diagnosed with a displaced fracture of the left side of the mandible at the angle of the mandible. Booth is charged with felony assault.
