Waynesville School District School Buses Earn Award

The Waynesville School District had a good amount of School Buses pass inspection this year. The Missouri Department of Transportation does school bus inspections every year, and this year Waynesville was awarded the Fleet of Excellence award. The award has been given to the district multiple times in the past, and Waynesville had 62 buses that were inspected. Director of Transportation at the Waynesville School District Aaron Transtad says 90 percent of his busses passed inspection.
Transtad says it is not an easy task to get a 90 percent.
All possible buses used to run a route passed inspection at the Waynesville School District which includes the spare buses that are not used as much.
