Two cases in Pulaski County Associate Court before Judge Colin Long

75-year-old Garland Alfred Armstrong of the Newburg area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon. Court documents allege that Armstrong on November 6th of last year knowingly fired a firearm at another person.
Armstrong entered a not-guilty plea to the charge. Judge Colin Long scheduled a counsel status hearing on February 14th and a preliminary hearing on February 27th.

32-year-old Leigh Davis Dean of the Waynesville area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of burglary in the first degree.
Court documents alleged that Dean on November 19th of last year knowingly entered a building illegally that was possessed by another person for the purpose of committing an assault. Dean entered a not-guilty plea to the charge. Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for a counsel status hearing on February 21st and a preliminary hearing on February 27th.
