The Newburg boil order continues in that Phelps County community

The Newburg boil order continues in that Phelps County community. The boil water was necessitated by a break in one of the water mains in Newburg. City leaders say they do not know how long it will take to fix the break nor how long the boil order will be in place. During the boil order, community leaders are asking residents to vigorously boil water for three minutes prior to use. Use only boiled or bottled water for drinking, brushing teeth, and in other food preparations before consumption.
