The Commandant of the U. S. Army Engineer School at Fort Leonard Wood is being reassigned

The Commandant of the U. S. Army Engineer School at Fort Leonard Wood is being reassigned. Fort Wood officials are congratulating Brigadier General Mark Quander for being named the 79th Commandant of Cadets at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. His appointment was announced by the U.S. Army Chief of Staff Tuesday.
Brigadier General Quander has served as an Engineer School commandant since July 2019. He is a 1995 West Point graduate and has served twice at the national level at the Pentagon.
