Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court Cases

19-year-old Christopher J. Bradshaw of the St. Robert area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and of resisting arrest. Court documents allege that on February 25th, Bradshaw knowingly exhibited a knife in an angry or threatening manner in the presence of one or more persons. They further allege that he resisted arrest by using or threatening the use of violence and physical force in that he tried to pull away from a law officer, elbowed him in the chest, and attempted to reach for a meat thermometer. Bradshaw entered a not-guilty plea to the charges. Judge Colin Long scheduled his case for a March 6th counsel status hearing and a March 20th preliminary hearing.

42-year-old Jason Farris, Junior, of the St. Robert area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of domestic assault in the second degree. According to court documents, Farris allegedly caused physical injury to a domestic victim by punching her in the face with his fist.
Farris has entered a not-guilty plea to the charge. Judge Colin Long ordered him to personally appear for a March 6th counsel status hearing and a preliminary hearing on March 20th.
