Pre-Bid Meeting for Dispatch Center

Contractors were given the opportunity to submit bids to construct the new 9-1-1 dispatch center in Laclede County last week, now any interested contractors can attend a pre-bid meeting. Laclede County Maintenance Supervisor Gene Hoke describes what a “pre-bid” or “pre-construction” meeting can do for the contractors.

Hoke added the meeting has benefits for the Commissioners as well, highlighting the need to work well with the contractor.
