(Waynesville)–Several law offenders have been sentenced to serve time in the Department of Corrections as the result of recent Pulaski County circuit court action.
Rex Nandory of Versailles violated terms of his probation for domestic assault in the third degree. Judge John Beger sentenced him to serve five years in the Department of Corrections.
Amanda Alford of Waynesville failed to adhere to terms and conditions of her probation for forgery. Judge Beger sentenced her to serve seven years of prison time.
And Ryatt Elms of Dixon violated terms of his probation for assault in the second degree. Judge Beger sentenced him to five years in the Department of Corrections. Ashley Mize of St. Robert violated her probation for burglary in the second degree, and Judge John Beger sentenced her to seven years in the Department of Corrections. Misty Brown of Richland failed to adhere to terms of her probation for forgery. Judge John Wiggins sentenced her to a five year prison term. Joshua Porrett of Waynesville violated his parold for burglary in the second degree. Judge Beger sentenced Porrett to serve five years in the Department of Corrections.
