Lebanon City Council will hold a public hearing and first reading on rezoning the Nelson Park Subdivision from RS-2 residential to M-1 Light Industrial when they meet on Monday. The south portion of this subdivision is owned by White River Marine and they are requesting rezoning for possible future manufacturing expansions. Nelson Park pond will stay zoned as RS-2. Other items on the agenda is a grant agreement between the city and MODOT for traffic control improvements, an agreement with Ozark Applicators LLC for water tower cleaning and painting services, and an agreement with McClanahan Construction for projects at the Waste Water Treatment Plant and the Goodwin Hollow Pump Station. Another agreement up for approval is with Olsson Incorporated for design, architecture and project management of Cowan Civic Center Renovations and additions. Lebanon City Council will consider a one-time payment to the Laclede County Office of Emergency Management for Operation Funding Assistance in the amount of $35-thousand-dollars. Council will also consider plats of property in Southlawn Annex, Lexington Square Subdivision, and re-plat of Nelson Park Subdivision.
