Lebanon Community honors local law enforcement during Lebanon Back’s the Blue

As Lebanon Backs the Blue week continues the Lebanon community shows honor to Law Enforcement Officers in Lebanon with the display of blue ribbons, and gifts. On Monday, officers were presented with goody bags from businesses, individuals, and from the Back the Blue Committee. Lebanon Police Officers were presented with gifts that included a free meal certificate from Cornerstone Pizza, Dickey’s Barbeque, Dairy Queen, and T’s Redneck Steakhouse. Police Chief Bryan Arnold had this to say about Lebanon Backs the Blue week….

Chief Arnold said this kind of support shows the officers both current and future what the Lebanon community is about…

Lebanon Backs the Blue continues throughout the week and while everyone is encouraged to continue to show support for local law enforcement every day, Lebanon Backs the Blue week will include a ceremony at the October 1st Lebanon High School football game, where the Mayor will issue a proclamation, and coaches, and the Lebanon Yellowjackets will be showing their support for local law enforcement. The Laclede County Sheriff’s Office and the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop I are also being honored for their service during Lebanon Backs the Blue Week.
