Domestic assault at TanTarA

A Kansas City man is being held without bond in Camden County for assault. Camden County Deputies responded to the 400 block of Tan Tar A Drive on July 6th, and found a woman who had been badly beaten. The suspect was identified as the victim’s father, and he was questioned by authorities. and provided them with a fake name. He also told deputies that two men had forced their way into their rooms and assaulted his daughter. The victim and witnesses told deputies a different story, claiming that her father Alberto Zunun-Perez, got angry when she tried to leave her room and punched her in the head and face repeatedly and that he said he was going to throw her off the balcony and kill her. Perez has been charged with felony domestic assault and remains in the Camden County Jail.
