(Jefferson City)–The Missouri Legislature is working on a more than 30 billion dollar state budget that begins in July. Now, lawmakers are faced with the financial impacts of the coronavirus, and how it will creep its way into current and future state budgets. Missouri cities hosting major college basketball tournaments will take a hit from getting games called off – costing them tourism bucks. Majority Leader Caleb Rowden of Columbia says lawmakers might have to make tougher budget decisions.
