Care Connection offers Four Fun Food Classes for Adults 60 & Older
If your New Years Resolution was to eat healthier, Care Connection has partnered with the University of Missouri Extension to offer a series of free courses on Zoom to help you along your journey. The classes are once a week through February and March; while they are free, they do require registration. Care Connection for Aging Services, is a nonprofit area agency on aging, serving people 60 and older, in 13 central Missouri Counties.
Kaye Fair is The Public Information Officer with Care Connection and she explains the free courses.
All 4 Zoom classes are scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Thursdays. The classes are “Eating for a Healthy Weight”, “Meals in Minutes”, “Superfoods for a Super You” and “Calling all chocoholics!”
