Car theft and drugs

A Lebanon man is facing charges after taking a woman’s car without her permission. On February 7th, Police responded to the 500 block of Millcreek Road, and were met by a woman who said that Thomas Kruger had taken her vehicle without her permission. She said he asked to use the car and she said no, but he apparently went to her room mate who said he could use the car to go to Price Cutter. Officers caught up with the car parked in the 400 block of Wood Street. Kruger was placed in handcuffs and when the officer searched him and the car, they found a spoon with a crystal substance, two plastic bags with crystal substance, and syringes. Kruger is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and felony tampering with a motor vehicle. His appearance with counsel is set for February 24th.
