Body in Miller County identified

The Miller County Sheriff’s Office has released the identity of the person whose remains were found in Miller County this week. The skeletal remains found in a wooded area of Miller County on December 28th, and have been identified as that of 53-year-old Timothy Nicholas, who was reported missing in 2019, after a single-vehicle wreck on Witt Road in Miller County.
Nicholas had several outstanding warrants when the wreck happened and took off before EMS arrived. Nicholas’s remains were located within three-fourths of a mile from where the accident happened.
